Procurement Of Hospital Office Furniture Tender Notice
Description
Bacha Khan Medical Complex-MTI Swabi invites bids through EPADS for procurement of Hospital & Office Furniture under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security is Rs.200,000. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS by 20 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Rates shall remain valid until 30 June 2027 under KPPRA Rule 31(A) Framework Contract. Original bid security and original stamp papers must be submitted in hard copy. Pay Order is not acceptable for bid security. Specifications/Bidding Documents are available from Bacha Khan Medical Complex-MTI Swabi websites and EPADS. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 08 October 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room, Admin Block. Rates will apply for BKMC, GKMC, NCN, THQ Hospital Topi and THQ Hospital Chota Lahor.
