Description
Procurement of Lot-1 Stationery with estimated cost of Rs.3,500,000 and bid security of Rs.175,000; Lot-2 Computer Stationery with estimated cost of Rs.2,000,000 and bid security of Rs.100,000; and Lot-3 Other Items with estimated cost of Rs.1,800,000 and bid security of Rs.90,000, for a total estimated cost of Rs.7,300,000 and total bid security of Rs.365,000. Sealed or electronic bids are invited from eligible and reputed firms, authorized distributors, dealers and suppliers having relevant experience and valid applicable tax registrations. Bids shall be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement or e-PADS under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure by 17 October 2026 at 10:30 AM and opened on 17 October 2026 at 11:30 AM in the Chamber of the Chairman Procurement Committee, Sessions Court, Gujranwala. Bid security is 5% of the estimated cost of the relevant lot in the prescribed form and the original bid-security instrument must be submitted to the Accounts Branch within the prescribed time. Bidders must possess valid NTN or Income Tax Registration, Sales Tax Registration and Punjab Sales Tax or Professional Tax registration where applicable, together with relevant experience or similar work orders as required. The successful bidder shall furnish 10% performance guarantee or security of the accepted contract value where required. Quoted rates shall include applicable taxes, duties, freight, transportation, delivery and incidental charges unless otherwise specified. Bidding documents, specifications, eligibility criteria and terms are available through the e-PADS procurement process. Procurement shall be governed by applicable Punjab Procurement Rules, regulations and e-procurement instructions.
