Dietary Items Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of dietary items for the financial year 2026-27 from experienced and financially sound businesses and enterprises registered with Sales Tax where required and Income Tax Departments. The procurement comprises Wheat Products with estimated tender amount of Rs.7,525,109 and 1% bid security of Rs.75,251; Pulses with Rs.2,678,964 and bid security of Rs.26,790; Sugar with Rs.2,388,008 and bid security of Rs.23,880; Chicken with Rs.2,656,805 and bid security of Rs.26,568; Mutton with Rs.2,786,944 and bid security of Rs.27,869; Beef/Veal with Rs.2,863,652 and bid security of Rs.28,637; and Vegetables and Fruit with Rs.7,417,202 and bid security of Rs.74,172. Bidders shall submit profiles together with technical and financial bids online through the Punjab e-procurement portal under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 8 October 2026 at 11:00 AM in the conference room of Daanish School Girls Chishtian. The last date for bid submission is 16 October 2026 before 10:00 AM and technical bids will be opened on the same date at 10:30 AM through Punjab e-procurement. Participation through the Punjab e-procurement portal is compulsory. Bid security shall be in the form of CDR, DD or PO as specified for the lots. Bidding documents are available through PPRA, Punjab e-procurement and PDS&CEA websites. The management reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
