Parking Shed Lawn Road Main Gate Bise Sargodha Tender Notice

Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sargodha invites bids from well-reputed, experienced and tax-registered firms, companies and contractors for construction of parking shed, development of front lawn, walkway, front roads and improvement/uplifting of the main gate. The estimated cost is Rs. 31,616,039 and bid security is Rs. 1,580,802. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through Punjab e-Procurement System. E-bids must be submitted by 21 October 2026 at 01:30 PM and technical bids will be opened at 02:00 PM the same day. Financial bids of only technically qualified firms will be opened. Completion period is five months, extendable for a specific period subject to terms and conditions. Successful bidder must provide 10% performance guarantee before signing the contract in the form of CDR in favour of the Secretary, BISE Sargodha.
