Description
Procurement of other items for the Financial Year 2026-27 under a separate contract for the Others head. The estimated procurement amount is Rs. 1,800,000 and fixed bid security is Rs. 54,000. E-bids shall be submitted separately against the relevant head through Punjab e-Procurement System under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security must be submitted separately in the name of Section Officer (Accounts-I), S&GAD in the form of CDR or Pay Order. Rates must remain valid until 30 June 2027 and suppliers must provide the required goods or items as and when required during Financial Year 2026-27 subject to availability or allocation of funds. E-bids close on 19 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and open on the same day at 11:30 AM. The original bid security instrument must be submitted before the submission deadline at Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore.
