Maryam Nawaz Institute Cardiology Construction Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of general contractors for establishment of Maryam Nawaz Institute of Cardiology at Gujranwala. The scope comprises construction of buildings and infrastructure development including Civil, Architectural, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical and Fire Fighting works and External Development Works, together with deployment of necessary materials, labor, formwork, tools and machinery. The applicable rules are Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended, the estimated cost is approximately PKR 6,898 million and the covered area is approximately 267,913 square feet. Applicants must have the required PEC category C-A and must register on Punjab e-Procurement System. Prequalification documents and notice are available through the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Prequalification proposals must be submitted through Punjab e-Procurement System by 23 October 2026 at 03:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM. Proposals submitted through any other mode will not be considered. If the submission date is declared a public holiday, the next working day will apply.
