Rehabilitation widening reconstruction and construction of metalled roads under two schemes in District Layyah. The first scheme covers rehabilitation widening reconstruction and construction of metalled road from LG Road Rescue 1122 to Siddique Park including links to College Road Kachari Road Lari Adda and Women College Layyah, with a length of 1.47 km, estimated cost of Rs. 40,354,028 and earnest money of Rs. 2,017,701, with completion up to 30 June 2027. The second scheme covers reconstruction rehabilitation and widening of metalled road from Chak No. 260/TDA to Qazi Abad on Layyah Tail Indus Road, District Layyah, with a length of 7.00 km, estimated cost of Rs. 143,373,064 and earnest money of Rs. 7,168,653, with completion up to 30 June 2027. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and registered on Punjab PPRA e-procurement system. Bid security of 5% of estimated cost shall be submitted digitally through Punjab e-Procurement System linked with Bank of Punjab and physical bid securities will not be accepted. Successful bidders must submit 10% performance guarantee within 15 days of receipt of offer letter through the e-Procurement System. Item rates and total amounts must be quoted and percentage-based quotations will not be accepted. Bids will be retrieved and rates announced on 21 October 2026 at 01:00 PM at the office of Commissioner DG Khan Division, DG Khan. No price variation is admissible.
