Special Repair Road Tuff Tile Works Tender Notice
Description
Special repair of road from Shahbaz Pur Road to Bypass Road via Basti Rehmani, Union Council 3B1, Tehsil and District Rahim Yar Khan, including provision and laying of tuff tile for a length of 0.60 km. The work has a completion period of 06 months and an estimated cost of Rs. 37,711,000 with earnest money of Rs. 1,635,550. Intending contractors and firms must have valid renewed PEC licenses for Financial Year 2026-27 in relevant categories and codes and must be registered on Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost shall be submitted only through digital online payment using PSID via Punjab e-Procurement System linked with Bank of Punjab. Successful bidders must submit performance security of 10% of contract amount within 15 days of receipt of offer letter through digital online payment, valid for three months beyond completion or extended completion time. Bidders must quote item rates and total amounts and percentage-based quotations will not be accepted. Responsive bids will be downloaded and rates announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Fake information or documents may result in disqualification and disciplinary proceedings. TST, DST and surfacing shall be executed by mechanized system, claims shall be processed through Digital Measurement Book and no price variation is admissible on repair works.
