Fabrication Mobile Animal Hospital Tender Notice
Description
Fabrication of a Mobile Animal Hospital under the project titled Establishment of State of the Art Wildlife Hospital, Safari Zoo, Lahore. Eligible firms companies sole proprietors and general order suppliers engaged in the relevant trade and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax are invited to participate. Bidding shall follow the single stage two envelops procedure. Bidders must submit signed and stamped technical and financial bids online through the eP System, with manual bids not acceptable. Bid security of 2% of the estimated price is required and shall be submitted digitally through the eP System. The estimated procurement amount is Rs. 22.000 million and bid security is Rs. 0.440 million. Bids will be opened through eP on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the committee and bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidding documents may be downloaded and submitted without payment of any fee. Incomplete unsigned unstamped and late bids will not be considered. Bid validity is 120 days from the last date of submission. In case of an official holiday on the submission date the next day will be treated as the closing date.
