Engagement of international certification bodies for international certification of PMYSDP trainees in high demand trades. Bidders may submit proposals for one or more trades for which they possess relevant certification capability and demonstrable technical experience, and may propose credible international certification solutions for other PMYSDP trades or occupations where relevant, internationally recognized and supported by verifiable labour-market demand or acceptance. JV is not allowed. The procurement is an international RFP using single stage-two envelope procedure and competitive bidding. Bid security is 1,000,000.00 and bid validity is 120 days. Bid opening is at 11:30 AM on 19 October 2026. A corrigendum is recorded.
