Prequalification and registration of LPDD vendors for local purchase of national, multinational and imported medicines, medical devices and surgical disposable items on a day-to-day basis for 2026-27. DHQ Teaching Hospital Narowal invites bids through Punjab e-Procurement System from reputed retail pharmacies having Drug Sale License on Form 9 and located within a 20 km radius of the hospital. The performance guarantee is Rs. 50,000. Bids close on 20 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and open at 11:30 AM. The original performance guarantee or tender security in the prescribed form must be delivered to DHQ Teaching Hospital Narowal before closing time. Bid validity is 180 days. Documents must be properly marked, indexed, signed and stamped. Procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended.
