Framework contract for procurement of goods comprising General Office Items, I.T. Equipment, Plant & Machinery, Furniture & Fixture for financial year 2026-27 by Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab. Bid security is as specified in the bidding document. Bidding is through Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended. Bidders must quote competitive prices on Delivered Duty Paid basis at the consignee's end. Bids must be submitted online through Punjab e-Procurement by 19 October 2026 at 12:00 PM and opened at 12:30 PM. Evidence of bid security in favour of Health & Population Department in the form specified on the new system must also be submitted physically at the office of Section Officer (General), 1-Birdwood Road Lahore.
