Purchase and installation of 30KVA UPS through EPADS from authorized distributors and firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. The Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies. Tender documents may be obtained or downloaded until 26 October 2026 on payment of a non-refundable Rs. 1,000 document cost. Bid security of Rs. 200,000 must be submitted through Pay Order or Demand Draft in the name of Bahria University Lahore Campus, while hard copy documents and original bid security must be deposited before 11:30 hours on 27 October 2026. Proposals will be opened after 12:00 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders.
