Description
Procurement of Physiotherapy Equipment Package No. 24 on DDP basis for establishment of Federal Government Polyclinic PGMI-II at G-11/3, Islamabad under reference P137127. The Infrastructure Development Authority, Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible bidders through EPADS v2.0. Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding will be used with Least Cost Based Selection in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations, regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form specified in the Bidding Document, including Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee or bid securing declaration in the prescribed format. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS v2.0. E-bids must be submitted by 20 October 2026 at 0400 PM and will be opened on the same day at 0430 PM. Manual submission will not be entertained and bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0.
