Medical Equipment Instruments Machinery And Furniture Framework Tender Notice

District Health Authority Rawalpindi invites sealed technical and financial bids from manufacturers and sole agents of foreign manufacturers for a Framework Contract for supply of medical equipment, instruments, machinery, office furniture and other items for provision of equipment for upgradation of BHU (MNHC) Rehmatabad into RHC Level Health Facility (Maryam Nawaz Hospital) under the SAP Scheme for FY 2026-2027, on FOR or free-delivery-at-consignee-end basis. Procurement will be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement System under Single Stage-Two Envelopes procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bidders must be registered suppliers on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost of quoted items, generated through PSID and deposited through the prescribed banking channels, and must be uploaded with the technical bid. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 22 October 2026 and opened at 11:30 AM the same day.
