C Arms Orthopedic Maintenance Contract Tender Notice
Description
Comprehensive annual repair and maintenance contract with replacement of all parts for 02 C-Arms of Orthopaedics Department B.V. Hospital Bahawalpur, with an estimated cost of Rupees 5,000,000 and bid security of Rupees 100,000. Sealed bids are invited from eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities. Bids shall be processed through the Punjab E-Procurement System under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure comprising Technical and Financial bids, with online earnest money. Bids close at 11:00 AM and open at 11:30 AM. Firms under disciplinary action, defaulters or blacklisted firms are ineligible, and bidders are required to quote their lowest and final price. The firm must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department.
