Framework Contract Cochlear Implant Hearing Devices Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for Cochlear Implant hearing devices under Chief Minister Special Initiative for Transplant Program (CMSITP) for financial year 2026-2027. The procurement covers 350 units with total estimated cost of Rs.770,000,000 inclusive of taxes and 2% Bid Security of Rs.15,400,000. Manufacturers, sole agents and authorized agents of foreign principals registered on Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant registration and tax authorities may participate. Bidding will be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended till date. Bid Security of 2% of estimated cost must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System according to the prescribed Bank of Punjab procedure. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 11:30 AM on 15 October 2026 at the Conference Room, Admin Block. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 30 October 2026 and opened at 11:30 AM on the same date.
