Framework contracts for financial year 2026-27 covering Lot-01 Bio-Medical Gases with estimated cost Rs.7,000.00 and Bid Security Rs.14,000; Lot-02 Pathology Kits and Lab Items with estimated cost Rs.32,000.00 and Bid Security Rs.64,000; Lot-03 X-Ray Films and Cassettes with estimated cost Rs.18,000.00 and Bid Security Rs.36,000; Lot-04 Printing Material with estimated cost Rs.1,000,000 and Bid Security Rs.20,000; Lot-05 Stationery Items with estimated cost Rs.700,000 and Bid Security Rs.14,000; Lot-06 General Store Items, Bio-Medical and Non-Bio-Medical Equipment with estimated cost Rs.5,000,000 and Bid Security Rs.100,000; and Lot-07 IT Equipment and Accessories with estimated cost Rs.1,500,000 and Bid Security Rs.30,000. Procurement will be conducted through Punjab E-Procurement under Open Competitive Bidding and Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Registered suppliers must quote rates for all items within any lot in which they participate. Bid Security must be valid for 180 days and submitted in the prescribed CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft form from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Bids must be submitted by 12:00 PM on 29 October 2026 and opened at 12:30 PM on the same date.
