Purchase Of Desktop Computers And Laptops Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of desktop computers and laptops on package/lot wise basis by Baba Guru Nanak University. The estimated cost is Rs.32.600 million. Bidding will be conducted through e-procurement under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors engaged in manufacturing or trading and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities may participate. Bidders must provide complete quotations for all items in each lot or package and partial quotations within a lot will not be accepted. Bid Security of 2% of estimated cost must be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. A duly signed affidavit on prescribed stamp paper must also be uploaded. Bid validity is 120 days. Bids must be uploaded by 10:00 AM on 21 October 2026 and opened at 10:30 AM on the same date.
