Provisioning Call Center Agents Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Provisioning of services for Call Center Agents with English and Basic Proficiency for the project titled CM Complaint Helpline and Citizen Contact Center (CCC) PITB under Framework Contract (EGOV-16). Lot 1 covers 100 Call Center Agents with English Proficiency with estimated total cost of Rs.79,000,000 and fixed Bid Security of Rs.1,580,000. Lot 2 covers 400 Call Center Agents with Basic Proficiency with estimated total cost of Rs.288,000,000 and fixed Bid Security of Rs.5,760,000. Procurement will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Technical and Financial bids must be separately completed, signed and stamped and submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 23 October 2026, with bids opened at 11:30 AM on the same date. Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates and other documents specified in the tender document must accompany the bids. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or improperly submitted bids will not be considered.
