Description
Framework contract for procurement of drugs, medicines and surgical disposable items for FY 2026-27. Estimated procurement cost is Rs.900,000,000 with bid security at 2% of estimated cost. Separate e-bids are required against the lot or package through E-PADS. Bid security must be submitted in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee with 100% encashment warranty, confirmed by the concerned bank within three days of claim, with minimum validity of 180 days. The original bid security and confirmatory bank correspondence must be submitted before opening of technical bids. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. E-bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 24 October 2026 and opened at 11:30 AM the same day.
