Prequalification For Recurrent Repair And Maintenance Servic Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification for establishment of an Open Framework Agreement for recurrent and as-and-when-required repair and maintenance services covering machinery and equipment, transport vehicles, furniture and fixtures, office buildings, computer hardware and IT equipment. The Open Framework Agreement will remain valid for three years, and firms may apply for one or more categories with each category evaluated independently. Applicants must be registered for NTN and GST. Applications must be submitted electronically through EPADS V2.0 and a hard copy of the complete application or bid together with bid security of Rs.50,000 for each category must also be submitted. Both electronic and hard-copy submissions must be completed by 11:00 AM on 20 October 2026, with applications opened through EPADS V2.0 at 11:30 AM on the same date. Pro Tip: This framework covers machinery maintenance, equipment repair, transport vehicle maintenance, furniture and fixture repair, office-building maintenance, computer hardware and IT equipment services on a three-year recurring basis.
