Supply Medicines Local Purchase Basis Tender Notice
Description
Supply of medicines on M-20 Local Purchase basis for FY 2026-27 on FOR basis. Eligible pharmacies, chemists and distributors must hold valid Drug Sales License, be registered with Punjab e-Procurement, have active Sales Tax and Income Tax registration, established technical, financial and managerial capability, and must not be blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI. Estimated tender value is Rs.3,450,000 and bid security is 2%. Procurement will use Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014, with Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal uploaded separately. Bid security must be submitted according to the e-Procurement format before the closing time. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 22 October 2026.
