Annual Maintenance Static X Ray Machine Tender Notice

Description

Framework contract for comprehensive annual repair and maintenance, including replacement of all parts, for the static X-ray machine at SA Hospital Bahawalpur. The estimated cost is Rs. 1,800,000 and bid security is Rs. 36,000. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers engaged in trading must be registered with the relevant registration authorities and income tax, sales tax and Punjab sales tax authorities. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended, with separate technical and financial proposals submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Electronic bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 26 October 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date. Earnest money must be deposited online at the prescribed rate. Bidding documents containing terms, conditions and detailed specifications are available through the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System. Firms facing disciplinary proceedings or blacklisting, or declared defaulters by the procuring agency or PPRA, are ineligible. Bidders are requested to submit their lowest and final prices because price negotiations are generally not expected. Procurement may be cancelled if sufficient funds are unavailable, and quantities may be increased or decreased subject to applicable procurement rules. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under Clause 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
