Description

Framework contract for comprehensive annual repair and maintenance, including replacement of all parts, for the gastroscope serving Medical Unit 01 at Bahawal Victoria Hospital, Bahawalpur. The estimated cost is Rs. 3,500,000 and bid security is Rs. 70,000. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers engaged in trading must be registered with the relevant registration authorities and income tax, sales tax and Punjab sales tax authorities. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended, with separate technical and financial proposals submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under Clause 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
