Construction Of Sahulat Bazaar Chichawatni Tender Notice
Description
Construction and establishment of Sahulat Bazaar Chichawatni under a lumpsum contract with an estimated cost of Rs. 407.09 million and bid security of Rs. 20.00 million. Eligible bidders, qualified firms, companies and suppliers must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and relevant tax and regulatory authorities, as applicable. Open competitive bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, read with the Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024. Separate technical and financial bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 09:30 AM on 23 October 2026, and bids shall be opened at 10:00 AM on the same date. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 AM on 16 October 2026 at the procuring agency address.
