Prequalification Repair Maintenance Support Services Tender Notice

Description

Prequalification of GST-registered firms and vendors for repair and maintenance services during financial year 2026-27 in five categories: transportation of goods; conferences, seminars and workshops; exhibitions, fairs and related services; machinery including air conditioners, lifts, photocopier machines and generators; and office building repairs. Tender documents are available from the PPRA website or from the procuring office for Rs. 1,000. Bidders must submit sealed envelopes marked Tender Documents and provide a refundable original bank draft or pay order of Rs. 50,000 for each category in favour of the Regional Directorate Anti-Narcotics Force Sindh. Participating firms must be registered with FBR and appear on its Active Taxpayer List, with at least three years of relevant experience serving government departments. Applicants must provide FBR registration certificates for sales tax and NTN, together with a certificate confirming that no litigation is pending against the firm or company. An undertaking and original affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming non-blacklisting by government and semi-government offices are also required. Proposals must quote all prices in Pakistani rupees inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments will be made through AGPR cheque after completion of services and necessary official procedures. The successful bidders’ earnest money will remain with the office throughout FY 2026-27 as performance security. Selection will be based on cost and quality. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject applications under the applicable procurement rules. Sealed bids are due on 21 October 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date in the presence of representatives who wish to attend. Experienced government-service contractors should prepare category-specific credentials, active tax records, three-year experience evidence, non-blacklisting affidavits and a separate Rs. 50,000 bid bond for every category applied for.
