Supply of uniform kits, jerseys and shoes for boys and girls studying at Government Institute for Slow Learners, Chakwal, for financial year 2026-27. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 1,200,000, and bid security is Rs. 60,000, equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost. Eligible financially sound firms and contractors must be registered with relevant authorities, including PPRA, the Punjab e-Procurement System, Punjab Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue as applicable, and must provide valid income tax and sales tax registration evidence where required. Bids must comprise technical and financial proposals, inclusive of all applicable taxes, under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure pursuant to Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Each bidder must submit two complete uniform kits, two jerseys and one pair of shoes as samples for boys and girls with the technical bid. Bids without the required samples will not be eligible for evaluation. Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened after the grievance period; financial bids of disqualified firms, including their CDRs, will remain unopened and may be returned upon request after the grievance period. The contract will be awarded to the bidder offering the lowest rate. The successful bidder must take student measurements within 10 working days after completion of the grievance period and deliver the uniforms to the institute within 30 days after issuance of the supply order, during office hours and at the bidder’s own transportation expense. Late delivery may attract charges, forfeiture of bid security, cancellation of the supply order and risk-purchase liability. Approved rates will remain valid until 30 June 2027. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids before acceptance in accordance with the applicable rules.
