Fabrication Of Full Hd Outdoor Broadcast Equipped Truck Tender Notice

Pakistan Television Corporation Limited invites technical proposals from registered and reputed firms authorised by the original equipment manufacturer or eligible foreign bidders for fabrication of a Full HD outdoor broadcast-equipped truck with all allied equipment under the PSDP project Revamping of PTVC. The procurement will follow the two-stage bidding procedure under the procurement rules cited in the notice. Equipment specifications, terms and conditions are available from the PPRA and PTVC websites or from the office of the Director Engineering Projects during office hours. The original bid security specified in the bidding documents must accompany the sealed hard-copy technical proposal. Proposals must be addressed to the Controller Audit, Chairman Senior Tender Committee, PTV Headquarters Office, and submitted by 11:00 AM on Wednesday, 11 November 2026. Technical proposals will be opened after 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorised representatives. Financial proposals will be invited at the second stage from firms that qualify during prequalification. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under the applicable procurement rules.
