Description

Construction of a play area for children at Ladies Park, Municipal Committee Lalian, with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,134,000. Bid security is 5% of the estimated cost and must be furnished in favour of Municipal Committee Lalian through a CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order. Contractors, firms, manufacturers and authorized dealers must be registered on the e-PADS registration system and with FBR, PRA and PPRA. Bids must be uploaded as PDF files through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 26 October 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date. The original bid security instrument must be submitted in a clearly marked envelope to the Municipal Committee office near Mohammad Siddique Park, Lalian, before the electronic submission deadline. Applicants must submit separate applications and distinct supporting credentials for each project; the same work experience, financial soundness and resources cannot be reused for multiple projects. Corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected electronic bids will be rejected. Conditional tenders are not accepted, and tendered rates and amounts must be stated in figures and words. If the total tendered amount is equal to or less than 5% of the approved DNIT amount, the lowest bidder must deposit quality assurance security equal to the difference between the approved DNIT amount and the quoted bid through a scheduled bank within 15 days of issuance of notice or before expiry of bid validity, whichever occurs earlier. Bids are valid for 120 days. If the submission deadline falls on an official holiday, the next working day applies. The procuring authority may reject all bids under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
