The Corporate Tax Office Lahore, Federal Board of Revenue, invites electronic bids from experienced firms registered with the relevant tax and other authorities for supply of Other Items under object codes A03970 and A03942, Cost of Other Stores. The procurement will use the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, with award on the least-cost basis to the most advantageous bid under the stated requirements. Bidders must appear on the FBR Active Taxpayer Lists for income tax and sales tax and be regular sales tax return filers. Electronic bidding documents containing specifications, conditions and requirements are available through EPADS v2.0, the PPRA website and the FBR website. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 11:00 AM on 23 October 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date in the Conference Room, Corporate Tax Office, Lahore, through EPADS. Manual submissions are not permitted. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped or late bids, or bids submitted through an unauthorised mode, will be rejected. A refundable lot-wise bid security in the form of a bank draft or pay order must be made in favour of the Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue, Corporate Tax Office, Lahore, and the original instrument must reach the office in a sealed envelope before bid opening. Bidders may participate in the whole tender or on a lot-wise basis and must quote each item’s rate separately in Pakistani rupees inclusive of applicable duties, taxes, travel and transportation charges. Quoted rates remain applicable until 30 June 2027. Payments will be made according to available or released budget through AGPR Sub Office Lahore. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids under Rule 33(1) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Pro Tip: General stores suppliers should review the lot-wise item schedules, prepare separate item rates inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, and calculate the required security for each lot. Confirm active tax status, regular sales tax filing and timely delivery of the original bid-security instrument before electronic opening.
