Pakistan Steel Cadet College Karachi invites sealed quotations from suppliers registered with the Income Tax Department for daily nutritional requirements for approximately 400 cadets, with the requirement potentially extendable for up to two years. Items include boneless veal or beef priced per kilogram, fresh milk priced per litre, large eggs priced per tray, chicken without giblets, head and tail priced per kilogram, and medium-size bread supplied in packs of 18 pieces. Tender documents may be obtained from the Bursar’s office by submitting a formal application and paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 200. Documents are available from the date of publication until 27 October 2026, between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM, except Sundays. The procurement follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Sealed quotations must be submitted in person to the College Adjutant by 11:00 AM on 28 October 2026. A separate pay order of Rs. 25,000 must accompany each item or contract as a security deposit in favour of Pakistan Steel Cadet College. Prices must include all applicable taxes and remain valid for six months from the tender opening date. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning a reason.
