Procurement Of High Activity Radionuclide Dose Calibrator Tender Notice

The procuring office identified as Head Procurement, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department for supply of a high activity radionuclide dose calibrator under Tender No. 74/2026 on an FOR Islamabad basis. The tender follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. The tender document fee is Rs. 2,000, payable through bank draft or pay order in favour of the Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad; cash payments are not accepted. The tender or quotation must include earnest money equal to 2% of the total order value inclusive of GST in favour of the Director Finance. Detailed specifications and terms may be obtained by written request on the firm’s letterhead with the prescribed payment instrument. Documents may be dispatched by post, fax or email. The original bank draft must reach the office one day before the opening date, and the last date for issuance of tender documents is also one day before opening. Tenders will be received at 10:30 AM on 28 October 2026 and opened at 11:00 AM on the same date. Tender validity must be 60 days from the opening date. Tenders containing cutting or overwriting will be rejected, and payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject quotations.
