Construction adjacent to the abandoned structure at the Bachelor’s Hostel near Tanki No. 3, Nishter Town, WASA Lahore. The estimated cost is PKR 3,046,992 and the digital bid security is PKR 91,410, equivalent to 3% of the estimated cost. Eligible contractors, firms and companies must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System, hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-09 and CE-10, and be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority with active-filer NTN and PNTN. Bidding documents containing detailed requirements and conditions are available to registered bidders through the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website.
