Construction Diversion Bund Protective Hydraulic Structures Tender Notice
Description
Construction and strengthening works including raising of diversion bund guide wall spur allied structures and provision of solid wall spur for protection of irrigation infrastructure under item rate basis - electronic bidding through EPADS under single stage one envelope procedure - eligible bidders must be contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having CE-04 specialization and registered with PPRA with valid tax and professional registrations - bidders must upload bid security in form of bank guarantee or call deposit receipt with required validity and submit original documents before deadline - bids must be submitted electronically and manual submissions are not accepted - bids will be opened on specified date in presence of bidders and evaluated based on eligibility technical responsiveness and experience requirements including similar works - successful bidder must provide performance guarantee execute agreement and adhere to approved execution schedule with quality assurance and testing requirements and payments subject to fund availability
