Development Green Corridor Recreational Areas Tender Notice
Description
Re-invited development works for the green corridor and recreational areas along the railway track from Shahdrah to Raiwind, Lahore, under Package I covering Shahdrah to Lahore Railway Station. The estimated cost is PKR 235,078,416, with bid security of PKR 4,702,000 at approximately 2% of the estimate. Eligible firms and contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-procurement system. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial bids must be scanned and uploaded electronically by 29 October 2026 at 1:00 PM, with technical bids opening at 1:30 PM the same day at the office of the Additional Managing Director, Horticulture Agency, Gate No. 4, Jillani Park, Jail Road, Lahore. The completion period is one year. Bid security must be deposited digitally before the submission deadline, and the successful bidder must provide a digitally deposited performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price before signing the contract. Conditional bids will not be accepted.
