Auction of the car, motorcycle and bicycle parking stand at DHQ Hospital Nankana Sahib for financial year 2026-27, for an initial term of one year from the award letter, extendable by three months subject to satisfactory performance. The tender document fee is PKR 1,000 and the stated bid security is PKR 247,196. Bidding documents must be purchased from the Procurement Officer after payment of the tender fee and submitted at the office of the Medical Superintendent by 29 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. The auction is scheduled for 29 October 2026 at 11:30 AM. If the auction is not held on that date, the notice provides alternative dates of 3 November 2026 and 7 November 2026 at the same time. The successful bidder must deposit three months of the successful bid amount in advance, together with applicable annual taxes, into the government treasury within three days. Failure by successful bidders to deposit the required amount may result in forfeiture of their call deposit receipts and award to the next-ranked bidder.
