Procurement of stone for canal protection works including slopping apron guide wall and reserve stock for flood protection infrastructure at multiple locations along river banks under item rate basis - electronic bidding through EPADS under PPRA rules - eligible bidders must be contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and irrigation department with valid registrations - bidders must upload bid security in form of call deposit receipt bank guarantee or pay order and submit original before deadline - bids must be submitted electronically and opened on specified date in presence of bidders with evaluation based on item rates and compliance criteria
