Framework Contracts Medicines Equipment Warehouse Dialyzer Tender Notice
Description
Framework procurement for financial year 2026-27 covering four categories under the administrative control of the Health and Population Department: medicines, biological products and vaccines for different programs and procuring agencies; laboratory, office, warehousing and biomedical equipment; warehouse services for programs, projects and units; and dialyzer items for health facilities. Bidding documents and detailed specifications are available free of cost from the designated departmental and procurement websites. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-procurement system. The deadline for medicines, biological products and vaccines is 30 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM. Laboratory, office, warehousing and biomedical equipment bids close on 5 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and open at 11:30 AM. Warehouse services bids close on 6 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and open at 11:30 AM. Dialyzer-item bids close on 9 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and open at 11:30 AM. Electronic bid security must be provided in the amount specified in the relevant bidding documents, stated as not less than 5% of the estimated procurement price. Physical CDRs, pay orders and bank guarantees will not be accepted.
