Framework contract for procurement of dialysis surgical and disposable items for FY 2026-27. Lots include Dialyzer 1.8 m2 Adult; Blood Tubing Set; AVF Fistula Needle; Bicarbonate Solution Base A+B; Injection Heparin Sodium; Injection Erythropoietin; Dia Safe Filter for Dialysis Machine; and Disinfectant Solution for Dialysis Machine. Total estimated budget is Rs.21,387,500 with bid security at 2% of estimated procurement value. Eligible bidders are manufacturers and distributors holding a valid Drugs Sales License and registered on Punjab e-Procurement. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies. Bid security must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement and physical CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted. E-bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 16 October 2026 and opened at 11:30 AM the same day.
