Printing Binding Supply Tajweedi Qaida Paras Pectaa Tender Notice

The Punjab Education Curriculum Training and Assessment Authority (PECTAA), Lahore invites electronic bids for printing, binding and supply of Tajweedi Qaida and Tajweedi Paras of the Holy Quran for academic session 2027-28. Approximate quantity: 2.07 million; estimated price: PKR 186 million. Eligible printers, publishers, firms, companies, joint ventures, consortia, associations of persons and sole proprietors must be registered with the Punjab Quran Board under the Punjab Holy Quran (Printing and Recording) Act, 2022, as amended, and with the relevant tax departments, and must possess relevant experience. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security of 2% of the estimated price must be deposited electronically through Punjab e-Procurement. Physical paper samples and the original paper-testing fee instrument must also be submitted to the PECTAA tender box before the deadline. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 20 October 2026 at 10:30 AM. The notice prohibits a non-Muslim, as defined under Article 260 of the Constitution, from associating as bidder, JV/consortium participant or binder in the printing or publication of the specified Quran materials. Submission deadline: 30 October 2026 at 10:00 AM; technical bid opening: 10:30 AM. Bid validity: 90 days.
