Re Bid For Framework Contracts Medicines Stationery Printing Tender Notice

The District Health Officer (Medical Services), District Health Authority Rawalpindi invites electronic re-bids for four independent lot-wise framework rate contracts under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Lot 1: local purchase medicines, medical devices, surgical and disposable items, estimated value PKR 25,000,000, bid security PKR 500,000; bidders for this lot must hold the applicable valid Centralized Drug Sale License (Category A) as a pharmacy, manufacturer or distributor. Lot 2: stationery items, estimated value PKR 3,000,000, bid security PKR 60,000. Lot 3: printing material and publication items, estimated value PKR 1,000,000, bid security PKR 20,000. Lot 4: general store, equipment and miscellaneous items, estimated value PKR 15,000,000, bid security PKR 300,000. Separate bid security is required for each selected lot. Bidders must quote all mandatory items in each selected lot. Prices must include delivery to Central Jail Hospital Rawalpindi, Special Prison Hospital or DHA Rawalpindi as applicable. Bids remain valid for 120 days. Submission deadline: 31 October 2026 at 11:00 AM; opening: 11:30 AM.
