Provision Of Travel Services For Umrah Facility Tender Notice
Description
Provision of travel services for Umrah for four employees of Board of Management Multan Industrial Estate for a period of 15 days. The selected travel agent must provide economy-class return air tickets from Multan to Jeddah, hotel accommodation in Makkah and Madinah within 1,500 metres of the Haramain Sharifain at both locations, local transportation covering Multan, Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah, all Ziarat visits in Makkah and Madinah, and visa processing. Eligible travel agents must hold an IATA accreditation and a Government of Pakistan licence for Hajj and Umrah services, be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and the Punjab Revenue Authority for sales tax, appear on the Active Taxpayer List and have at least 10 years of experience in similar services. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the PPRA website, the industrial estate website and the e-PADS portal. Procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014, as amended. Bidders must submit complete signed and stamped bids electronically through e-PADS. Bid security of Rs. 26,200, equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost, must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical CDRs, pay orders and bank guarantees are not accepted. Selection will be made using the least-quote method. Incomplete, late or unsecured bids and bids submitted through an unauthorized channel will not be considered. Firms must not be blacklisted by PPRA or the procuring agency. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under Rule 35.
