Supply And Installation Of Computer Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of Core i7 8th generation CPUs, 24-inch LED displays, printers and all associated accessories for the Municipal Committee Jhang. The estimated cost is Rs. 4,262,300 and bid security is Rs. 213,115, equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated cost. Bidding will follow the single-stage one-envelope procedure through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS). Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue, Punjab Revenue Authority and the e-procurement system, with NTN and PNTN registration. Electronic bids must be submitted online, and the bid security must be deposited through the prescribed online CDR mechanism in favour of the Municipal Committee Jhang. The original bid security instrument must be submitted through e-PADS with the bidding document number and title before the submission deadline. Bidding documents are available through the Punjab e-Procurement portal. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject bids under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
