Description
Construction of a road from Sulaman House to Maqbool Ahmad House and the graveyard link road at Chak No. 95/GB (Jamsher), Tehsil Jaranwala, District Faisalabad. The estimated cost is Rs. 15,803,000 and bid security is Rs. 790,150, equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated cost. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Eligible, experienced, financially sound and tax-registered firms, contractors and suppliers may participate. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System; manual or hard-copy bids are not accepted. Bid security must be submitted electronically, and physical CDRs, pay orders, demand drafts and bank guarantees are not accepted. Bidding documents, technical specifications and eligibility criteria are available through the electronic procurement system. Incomplete, incorrect, illegible, corrupted, virus-infected or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. Rates must be quoted on the prescribed official bid form. If the scheduled opening date is a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids under applicable procurement rules.
