Procurement Goods Repairs Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of goods and services for the financial year 2026-2027, including uniforms with complete accessories - stationery and computer stationery - other stores and miscellaneous items - ration - repair of buildings - repair of transport - repair of machinery - repair of furniture - repair of hardware - repair of IT equipment - transportation of goods - expenditure on confiscated goods - janitorial services - electrical services - general maintenance services. Goods will be procured through the single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure, while the notice also invites prequalification for the listed repair and service categories. Eligible dealers and firms must be registered for income tax and sales tax. Detailed specifications, schedules of requirements and contract conditions are provided in the standard bidding documents available through EPADS 2.0. Bids must be submitted electronically only and accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order or bank draft issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of the Collector, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Multan, and delivered to the specified office before closing time. Procurement is subject to budget availability, and the procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of the PPRA Rules 2004.
