Hiring of a qualified firm for valuation of properties owned by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority through National Competitive Bidding using the EPADS electronic procurement platform. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Single Envelope under Rule 14(2)(a) of the KP Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014. Eligible firms, companies and service providers must provide valid or renewed registration with a legally recognized professional body, FBR NTN, KPRA or SRTN certificate, and an SECP certificate where applicable. Bidders must be active on the Active Taxpayer List. Bid security equal to 2% of the quoted amount must be submitted through a Call Deposit Receipt in favour of the KPK Culture and Tourism Authority Fund Account. The original CDR must reach the authority office by the submission deadline, and a scanned copy must be uploaded through EPADS. Bidding documents may be obtained from the authority office for a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000 if a hard copy is required, or downloaded free from EPADS, KPPRA and authority websites. An affidavit on stamp paper, duly attested by a notary public, confirming the correctness of the information submitted is mandatory. Electronic bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 2026-11-05 and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Hard-copy bid documents are not required, except for the original CDR. Late submissions will not be accepted, and the authority reserves the right to reject bids before acceptance under applicable KPPRA Rules.
