Description

Supply of all-in-one computer systems, online UPS units and other information technology items for Mardan Medical Complex, Medical Teaching Institution. Eligible firms must submit bids through EPADS using the Single Stage Two Envelope procurement procedure. Bid security of 2% is required in favour of the Hospital Director, Mardan Medical Complex. The tender must be prepared on the original prescribed letterhead, typed, signed and stamped on every page, and uploaded through EPADS. Handwritten and conditional tenders will not be accepted, and quoted rates must conform strictly to the hospital specifications; alternative rates are not permitted. Original bid security must be submitted as required, otherwise the bid will be rejected. Bidders must provide their office address and landline telephone number. Applicable government taxes will be deducted under the rules, and only firms appearing on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayer List are eligible. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 11:00 AM on 2026-10-20. Specifications and bidding documents are available through the MMC-MTI, KPPRA and EPADS websites. Electronic bids must be uploaded by 11:00 AM on 2026-11-05 and will open at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. The competent authority reserves the right to reject bids under Rule 47 of the KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 with valid reasons.
