Procurement Uniform Kits Special Students Tender Notice

Description

Procurement of approximately 303 uniform-related items for approximately 101 boys and girls enrolled at Government Special Education Centre for MC, Rawalpindi, for financial year 2026-27, with an estimated procurement cost of PKR 1,500,000. The four lots comprise boys' kits including shirts with logos, trousers, belts, ties and socks; girls' kits including shalwar, kameez with logos, sash or patti, dupatta or shawl and socks, with shawls replacing dupattas in winter; black school shoes for boys and girls; and jerseys for boys and girls. Uniform items must comply with the standard specifications and colour scheme prescribed by the Directorate General of Special Education Punjab and the bidding documents. Bidding follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered for Sales Tax and submit offers electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost of the relevant lot must be furnished as a call deposit in favour of the Principal, Government Special Education Centre for MC, Rawalpindi, according to the notice. The specified bid security amounts are PKR 19,500 for the boys' kit, PKR 9,000 for the girls' kit, PKR 12,000 for the shoes kit and PKR 4,500 for the jersey kit. Bids must be uploaded by 10:00 AM on 2026-11-02, with opening at 10:30 AM the same day. Offers must comply with the specifications, be signed by the firm owner, include applicable taxes and remain valid for 90 days from opening. The successful bidder must provide performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount before issuance of the supply order. Delivery and contract compliance are mandatory; late or incomplete offers, conditional bids, forged documents and submissions through mail, courier or by hand are liable to rejection.
