Supply of uniform kits for 162 special students at Government Safia Ramzan Special Education Centre, Pindi Bhattian, comprising 100 boys and 62 girls for financial year 2026-27. Eligible firms must be registered for GST, Income Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must quote for the entire required quantity; partial-quantity bids will be rejected. Bidding documents containing specifications, quantities, terms and conditions are available free of charge through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and Punjab e-Procurement System. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security equal to 5% of the total estimated price, amounting to PKR 5,000,000, must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The successful bidder must furnish an electronic performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract amount. Supply must be completed within 15 days of the work order, and a penalty of 2% per month applies to late delivery. Bids must be submitted electronically by 1:30 PM on 2026-11-02 and will open at 2:00 PM on the same date. Documents must be properly paginated, arranged according to the evaluation criteria and signed by an authorized person. If the opening date is a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will apply.
